Mr. Frank

Project Director

Prior to co-founded WebuilQ Pte Ltd in 2020 and acting as the Company Director and Project Director, Mr. Frank has been with an A1 Main Contractor as Senior Project Manager since 2018 and was responsible for the quality, safety and timely project delivery, day-to-day operations and management of various projects and its resources in various organizations.

He started off his career as a Site Supervisor since 2002 and has more than 22 years of professional experiences in the General Building, Engineering and Construction works with specialization in A&A works, “fast-track” projects, complex deliverables, and technical challenges; where he plays crucial role from the onset to the completion of these projects. He has also been performing as C&S Engineer in 2005 and as a Project Engineer in 2007 before taking an important leading role in quality inspection and assurances as Resident Engineer in 2009 until 2014. He has then been promoted to Assistant Project Manager in 2014 and Project Manager in 2016.

He holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University of Wales Swansea, United Kingdom and both Diploma and Certificate in Building Services Engineering from Polytechnic Malaysia. He has also been accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) as a Resident Engineer (“RE”) since 2009.
